Rather than offering fixed menus far in advance, we work seasonally, allowing ingredients, location and the time of year to guide each menu. This approach ensures our wedding catering remains flexible, sustainable and true to the way we cook.

Spring menus are lighter and fresher, summer menus celebrate abundance and open-fire cooking, autumn menus focus on depth and embers, and winter menus are bold, warming and slow-cooked over fire.
Cooking Over Fire
All food is prepared and cooked on site using live fire including asado grills, open flames and ember cooking. Whole cuts of meat, seasonal vegetables and breads are cooked slowly over fire, creating depth of flavour and a sense of occasion for your wedding day.
Fire-led cooking also creates a natural focal point for guests, adding atmosphere and a connection to the landscape that traditional catering cannot replicate.
